International Vietnamese Mental Health Association: San Diego Meet Up

International Vietnamese Mental Health Association (IVMHA) is a group dedicated to the support, development, and enhancement of cultural, linguistic, and clinical responsiveness when working with the Vietnamese community. We are a relatively new association with aspirations to organize Vietnamese mental health professionals internationally (this includes therapists, researchers, psychiatrists, psychologists, etc.). We have been having monthly online meetings to discuss items such as in-language clinical support, mental health research for the community, culturally-adaptive approaches, and conference planning.

We are having another San Diego meet up event to bring folks in our association together and are extending the invitation to the public in case folks are curious or know of people who would be interested in checking out what we are all about.

The event will be held on Sunday, November 16 @ 12-2pm @ The Mission Bay Beach Club in San Diego, California (2688 E Mission Bay Dr, San Diego, CA 92109). If you will be coming, please feel free to let tri Nguyen know by texting him at (442) 777-3552 or emailing him at [email protected].
