💜 Every life lost to overdose is someone's child, parent, sibling, friend, or neighbor.
This International Overdose Awareness Day, we come together to remember those we've lost, support those who are grieving, and take action to help prevent future overdose deaths.
Join us on Monday, August 31, from 5:00–8:00 p.m. at Fayetteville State University – Rudolph Jones Student Center for an evening of remembrance, hope, and community. The event will include a "Say Their Names" Memorial Reflection, a Resource Connection Fair, a Candlelight Vigil, and education and distribution of Naloxone Rescue Kits.
Together, we can reduce stigma, increase awareness, and connect individuals and families with resources that save lives.
💜 Time to Remember. Time to Act.
