Join us Saturday November 16 to celebrate men!Bring a friend or family member!
International Men’s Day (November 19) celebrates globally the positive value men bring to the world, their families and communities. Positive role models are highlighted and awareness raised for the many issues that men face.
parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5k. First-timers briefing is at 8:50, pre-run brief is at 8:55.
You can walk, run, volunteer, or spectate!
Kids are welcome with a guardian, strollers are permitted, 1 dog allowed per participant on a short handheld leash.
All you need to do is register one time (for free!) at https://www.parkrun.ca/register/ and bring your barcode with you.
We hope to see you there! Join us for coffee afterwards at the 5k Cafe.
