Join the Broward County Gator Club as we officially participate in Broward County’s Adopt-A-Street Program!We’ve proudly adopted NW 10th Terrace / NW 12th Avenue - just over a mile of roadway connecting Cypress Creek Road and Commercial Blvd. You know the one - the squiggly stretch near Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport and the Inter Miami FC soccer stadium.
We’ve committed to cleaning this road at least four times per year, and International Gator Day is the perfect time to show up and show out.

Registration begins at 8:30 AM
Clean up begins at 9:00 AM
Estimated end time: no later than 10:30 AM
🦺 What We’ll Provide
- Safety vests (must be worn at all times)
- Trash bags
- Trash grabbers
Please RSVP so we can ensure we have enough equipment for everyone.
☀️ What You Should Bring
- Comfortable closed-toed shoes (broken glass is sometimes present)
- Sunscreen
- Hat and/or sunglasses (there is minimal shade along our route)
- Gloves if you prefer extra protection (not provided)
📝 Important Notes
- All participants must sign a waiver. Copies will be available on site.
- We’ll take a group photo before, during, and after the event.
- High school students seeking volunteer hours are welcome! Please bring your volunteer form to be signed. Students who participate will receive 4 volunteer hours.
