Yoga instructor: 👩 Krisztina is a certified and inernationaly experienced yoga instructor, meditation coach, as well as a well-being expert at Life in Practice. With 3 decadse of yoga and 35 years of dedicated meditation practice, she has been teaching yoga & meditation nearly 20 years. If you are looking for a friendly yoga class you are at the right spot!🌸
