Celebrate International Day of Yoga at Gruene Hall- Texas' oldest dance hall!
Join instructor Melissa Welch-Lamoreaux for a FREE pop-up yoga class in the iconic Texas venue. This class is one hour and fifteen minutes and designed for adults. Children ages 13 and older are welcome to attend with their parent or guardian. Wear workout/exercise clothing, bring a yoga mat (and other personal props that make you comfortable) and a smile. All experience levels are invited to spend the morning with us.
