Join us on Sunday, June 21st at 9:00 AM at Walker Park for a rejuvenating all-levels yoga session surrounded by nature. This class is designed to help you connect mind, body, and breath while enjoying the calm energy of the outdoors. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or trying yoga for the first time, you’ll be guided through a gentle yet energizing flow that promotes balance, flexibility, and inner peace.
Bring your mat, water, and an open mind. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and soak up the morning atmosphere. Let’s come together as a community to celebrate wellness, mindfulness, and the global spirit of yoga.
