This course will provide you with a gateway to the world of coaching, transforming lives through the ability to coach individuals to achieve sustainable results - whether as a certified coach, or informally in your workplace, or with friends and family. And with yourself.
The 60-hour course includes
🌍 30 hours of intensive classroom instruction
🌍 2 hours of Q&A together with your trainers and peers
🌍 12 hours of videos and online resources, and
🌍 18 hours of homework and practice sessions.
The course will cover the principles and practices of coaching, including:
✔️The underlying coaching principles and competences
✔️The effective four-step coaching methodology ROSA, allowing you to start coaching right away
✔️The distinction between coaching and other methodologies
✔️Effective rapport building: how to establish trust and influence
✔️Mastering the art of active listening and asking powerful questions
✔️Getting from solutions to actions
✔️Understanding the key principles of human psychology in coaching
✔️Self-coaching techniques

Your course’s Q&A session will be held online 31 Oct 2025 14:00 - 16:00 (CET). This is where you get to meet and greet with your fellow participants and ask any questions that have come up since you started practicing.
