Become a Certified Instructor of the Finnish Health Exercise ASAHI in an International Training ProgramWould you like to become an instructor of authentic Finnish health exercise and join an international community of professionals?
This summer, from June 29 – July 1, we are organizing an English-language Asahi instructor training where you can study, deepen your skills, or join as a refresher participant.
Asahi is a Finnish health exercise method that combines gentle movement, balance, posture, breathing, and body awareness into a practical and effective form of wellbeing exercise suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Do you work with international clients or partners?
Would you like to offer classes in English?
Asahi is a growing Finnish wellness export product, and there is also increasing demand in Finland for English-language instruction.
The training gives you:
practical tools for teaching Asahi in English
deeper understanding of movement, posture, and wellbeing
international networking opportunities
confidence to work with diverse groups and clients
Whether you are new to Asahi or already an instructor wanting to refresh your skills, you are warmly welcome.
