Celebrate International Archaeology Day at Red Rocks Park!
On Saturday October 18th from 8:30-1:30 pm join us at Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre (Lower South Lot 2) for International Archaeology Day a FREE event hosted by Community Connections LLC in partnership with Colorado Preservation Inc. Explore the rich history of not just Colorado but cultures from around the world through interactive activities artifact displays and 40+ educational booths. Highlights include atlatl throwing a tipi demonstration Indigenous dancing and 3 professional speakers! We also have a beer garden for adults root beer for kids and three food trucks. Plus enjoy free offsite cultural tours!
