Internal BCU Research Office Cupcake Decorating Team‑Building Event

A creative, hands‑on cupcake‑decorating session designed to bring the RO team together. This is a light‑hearted activity where everyone can unwind, get imaginative, and enjoy a sweet break from the workday.

Date: 21st April 2026

We’ll be running three decorating sessions, each lasting 25 minutes:

• 12:00 noon

• 12:30 pm

• 1:00 pm

Each session accommodates 8 participants, giving everyone space to enjoy the activity without rushing. Please note that this is an internal event for BCU staff working within the Research Office.

Team Gathering at 1:30pm

After the decorating sessions are complete, all RO colleagues are invited to meet downstairs at 1:30pm for a relaxed team get‑together

Please bring your own tea or coffee, and enjoy:

• Your freshly decorated cupcakes and any remaining cakes

• A chance to chat, compare designs, and celebrate everyone’s creativity

• A warm, informal moment to wrap up the activity together
