Intermission: A Wellness Retreat For Stage Professionals

INTERMISSION is a Movement in Mental Health Workshop facilitated by the Coalition of Artists and Mental Health Storytellers catered to members of the Performing Arts and Production career fields.

The days offerings will include:

• Chalk Talks on Mental Health
• Opening and closing meditations
• Yoga (very gentle- Hatha- stretching mostly)
• Contact Imiprovisation
• Beginning Choreography Techniques
• Rehearsal time to create a piece of their mental health journeys
• Recording of created choreographic pieces
• Lunch and light snacks
