✨SIX WEEK WEST COAST SWING INTERMEDIATE DANCE CLASS ✨
• New 6 wk series began Wed, June 10th, and will continue on the following Wednesdays, with a FREE social dance every 3rd week.
🪩West Coast Swing is a world-wide, popular, partner dance, danced in a slot, to a variety of types of music (blues, swing, rock, hip hop, ballads, country, pop...).🎶

⚡️DETAILS: 6 Week WCS Class Series - Mark your calendars! 📆
🗓️ Weds - June 10, 17, (dance on 24th), July 1, 8, (dance on 15th), 22, 29
• ⏰ TIME: 7PM - (Please arrive by 6:50pm to check in and warm up.)
• 📍PLACE: Carilion Wellness on Starkey - 4508 Starkey Rd, Roa, VA 24018 (NOTE* You do NOT need to be a member, but you WILL have to sign a waiver for the class series.)
• 💰COST: $15/person/class, or $75 for the series, if you pay by the end of the first class for the whole series. New students get the first class FREE!

• Intermediate students must know all basic patterns (Pushes, Passes, Tucks, Whips, Starter steps)
• No partner needed. We will rotate.
• Clean-soled, non-grippy, comfortable shoes, and clothes you can move in, recommended. (No flip flops.)
• Dance at your own risk! 😉
• Don't come if you're sick. 🤢
➕PLUS!! Valley WCS All Levels Social Dances are held on the 1st Sunday (usually) of each month, rotating between Roanoke and Blacksburg. 3-5:30pm https://www.facebook.com/ValleyWestCoastSwing/

⚡️DANCE CLASS DETAILS⚡️:
The Roanoke Westies INTERMEDIATE "NEXT STEPS" CLASS - 6 WEEK SERIES
This class series will take the basic concepts covered in the Beginner class to the next level. While continually reviewing and refining those basics, we can create new patterns by taking our fundamentals and playing with the timing, shape, direction, foot placement, style, etc. To join this class, you must have completed all six weeks of the Beginner series or have equivalent knowledge (please contact me to see if this class is a good fit for you).
A safe and welcoming space is a priority, so please read the code of conduct before attending.
If you are taking Beginner Level for the second, third, fourth, etc. time, repeat classes are only $10 per class. Please join us to learn the other role. The content of the Beginners is designed to pair well with Intermediate. Repeat Intermediate classes are still $15 for drop-ins or $75 for the series.
⚠️NOTE*: Dance classes will only be held if there are 4 or more students each week. If you arrive, and there are not enough students, you will get a 20 min private/semi private lesson for your effort to be there. If you wish to have a full hour’s lesson, we can either deduct your series or drop-in fee, from a regular private lesson cost, which can then be divided between the number of students that show up.
Private Lessons (individual and small groups) are always available to help you get personalized instruction, deepen your learning, or help you keep up with the class syllabus.
