Intermediate Rowing school hosted at Flathead Raft Company. $499 the class aims to give you the skill and confidence to successfully run any water through Class III and onto IV. Class starts with 6 hours of classroom instruction then finishes with a guided trip through Buffalo rapids while scouting and focusing on reading water. Day 2 and 3 consist of 2 self guided trips each through Buffalo rapids with instruction between rapids, consisting of multiple skill drills and basic safety practice. You will learn how to identify all river threats and how to how to avoid them as well as throwbag practice and flip drills. limited boat rentals are available for $100
