Learn how to wear a kimono or yukata, and how to dance to the sound of well-known traditional Japanese folk songs (or famous summer festival songs).* Workshop Location:
Sasazuka Kumin Kaikan, 4th floor (笹塚区民会館)

1- Starting at 13:00:
Learn a few tips related to kimono-dressing
* We will lend you a kimono and all the necessary accessories.
(You only need to bring a t-shirt to wear under.)
2- Starting at 13:30:
Learn (Review) how to dance 'Nonnoko Bushi', a dance from Nagasaki Prefecture.
Learn how to dance 'Nishimonai Bon Odori', a dance from Akita Prefecture.
* The workshop will be in English and in Japanese.
* Participation Fee: ¥3000.
* Maud Archambault will be leading the workshop on that day.
