Description
In this Icarian workshop, we'll provide progressions, cues, and spotting to make Icarian corbets feel safe, accessible, and fun. After the workshop, we'll have brief "office hours", where each group will have a couple minutes to get cues and feedback on whatever they'd like from the workshop. We'll finish with a cooldown, focusing on the muscles we just used (Or you can keep acroing, if you so desire).
Pre-reqs: Comfortable in star and reverse star. Some experience with Icarian throne to bird and bird to throne.
Doors open: 7:15 pm
Icarian workshop: 7:30-9:30 pm
Office hours: 9:30-9:45 pm
Optional cooldown: 9:45-10 pm
