This is is designed for hoopers who have mastered basic hooping foundations and are ready to expand their movement vocabulary. This workshop focuses on vertical and horizontal transitions, off-body dexterity, and introducing multi-planar movements. This session is ideal for students looking to move past the basics and begin developing their own flow style. If you have your own hoop, please bring it with you; otherwise, ACA will have a few to share.
