Ready to take your fitness to the next level? Join us for an Intermediate Full Body Bootcamp session! Get ready to sweat, tone, and challenge yourself in this high-energy workout.
This Bootcamp is meant for individuals who already have some experience at the gym but still want help with form, learning new movements / how to progress overload and will become more challenging throughout the 12 weeks!
We will learn different movements focusing on our whole body and different variations to learn how to consistently make it more challenging!
Sure! Here’s your plan in point form:
Weeks 1-4: Foundation Building
- Learning squat, lunge, push & pull movements
- Ensure everyone has a strong base of foundations
- Start learning new variations, different ways to progressive overload (weight, reps, variations, etc.)
Next 8 weeks: - We will take everything we learned plus more and put into a more intense full body circuit / group class!
- We will be switching back and fourth between circuit-style classes which are great for muscular/cardiovascular endurance and group style classes where the class will be split into two and we will focus on heavy lifting for muscular growth and hypertrophy!
