Beginner Glute, Core and Cardio
Come join us for a fun and energetic workout session focusing on glutes, core & cardio! This in-person event will be held at 1320 Tecumseh Rd E. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey, wanting to switch up your routine or master the basics this Bootcamp is perfect for you!
This is how we are going to break up the weeks to ensure we get the most out of it and everyone feels comfortable with all the movements!
First 4 weeks:
- Focus on learning basic, foundational movements.
- Ensure everyone is on the same page before intensifying movements.
Next 8 weeks:
- Start progressive overload and increase intensity.
- Learn different exercises and variations.
- Begin circuit-style training.
How will we track our progress?🤨
- Measurements at the beginning, middle, and end.
- Monitor energy levels and weight progression (e.g., 10lbs to 20lbs dumbbells)
