Experience an Intermediate/Advanced Co-ed, 2 week group. This program runs in the evening 5:15-7:15pm twice a week Tuesday's and Friday's. The first week will be at Gillard Trails and the second week will be at Smith Creek Trails. Shuttle service for Gillard included!
This customized group lesson is for the rider who:
1. Feels comfortable and confident riding all green and blue trails, and some black trails and the occasional double black trail.
2. Feels comfortable on how to use their brakes and wants to progress in their bike handling skills
3. Is eager to progress on how to control their bike while descending and climbing, cornering, rocky and rooty terrain.
4. Wants to gain more skills on drops and jumps
5. Wants to learn pressure control at high and low speeds
Get ready to ride the trails with PMBIA Professional Level 2 Mountain Bike Coach, Vanessa Hair. A true force of energy and a former Downhill Alberta Champion and Female Athlete of the Year.
Vanessa wants to carry on her legacy and experience to inspire and coach others. She creates unique and effective tools for her clients as they explore mental, physical, and mechanical skills on the trails.
