This intermediate and advanced Pilates mat Teacher Training is the next step in becoming a comprehensive Pilates teacher! This teacher training provides a solid framework to equip participants to become the best possible intermediate and advanced mat work teachers. All courses are offered both in-person in studio or online for those based overseas. Lectures are recorded and provide a useful resource for students to review and catch up wherever needed.
Follow on the basic Pilates mat repertoire with intermediate and advanced level mat work, including the original 34 exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Deepen your understanding and appreciation of the Pilates Method with the focus on Mind Body Connections. Aspects of the course include class planning and teaching skills. Assignments, theoretical and practical examinations, and case studies form the assessments of the course. Tuition includes course materials, lectures, access to classes, and exam fees (first time).
