Inter-PTA Netball Tournament 2026

This sporting event offers a great opportunity for fun-loving mums to get together and to bring out that competitive side that's in all of us. Teams from schools across the borough will compete in a quick-fire tournament to battle it out for a cash prize for their PTA.

Come along to enjoy some exercise with fellow mums and show your kids what you're made of.

What to expect

The tournament will be very relaxed and the aim of the event is to have fun.

• Up to 16 teams can compete (tickets are on a 'first come first served' basis and a maximum of two teams per school can enter)
• Teams can have up to 10 squad members
• Matches will be 5-7 minutes each way depending on the number of teams entering (no break when changing ends)
• Independent umpires will referee each match (adhering to England Netball rules)

Draft timings

1:30pm - Registration

2:00pm - Matches commence

6:00pm - Winners announced

Participant criteria

The following rules apply:

• The event is for women only
• Players must be 18 years or over (this is a new rule in relation to the leisure centre's safeguarding policy)
• Players must be associated with the school that they are representing in the spirit of the tournament - no 'ringers' please
• Players must be fit to participate and should take medical advice if they have recently suffered an injury

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations

Cancellations should be sent in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

M2M Events may need to postpone or cancel an event in exceptional circumstances. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any such postponement or cancellation. If an event is cancelled or postponed and you cannot attend the rearranged date, we will refund any fees you have paid in advance. You agree that the M2M’s liability to you will be limited to the amount of the fees you have paid and M2M Events will not be liable to you for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by you as a result of the cancellation or postponement.

M2M Events reserves the right to refuse entry to guests for non-payment or failure to comply with the code of conduct (see below).

Data Protection and Privacy

The information you provide to us when you make your booking will be used by M2M Events to administer the event. We will also use the details you give us to send you other information we think you may be interested in unless you choose not to receive these. You can opt out of further communications by contacting [email protected]

Photography and Filming

Photography and filming may take place at M2M Events events. Photographs or video footage collected may be used by us for marketing materials, advertising and other documents that may be made available to the public.

Code of Conduct

We request your co-operation in supporting the event organiser and other attendees in obtaining the best out of our events. Intimidating and disruptive actions or antisocial behaviour are grounds for removal from the site.
