Welcome to Intentional Tea!

Gather in community at Mystic Zen during the day of the "Cold Moon" to set and strengthen your intentions in ceremony while warming up to "Clari-Tea," a custom blend of Kenyan Milima black tea and Gunpowder green tea. Engage in grounding and breathing exercises to use in meditation and learn about choosing herbs to make teas that align to your intentions & affirmations.

Grab a friend, or roll solo, and warm up to good vibes at Intentional Tea!

What to know: Mystic Zen is located in Westminster TownMall near the Belk Outlet entrance. Dress comfortably. We will be seated on meditation pillows/poufs. Feel free to bring your own pillow/pouf, a yoga mat, or seat to assure your comfort, if you prefer. You may select one of our tea cups or bring one that has a connection to your intention.
