Come learn the practice of Intentional Peer Support. You will leave equipped with tools to have courageous conversations, develop relationships and set limits, deepen community development with others and gain insight into navigating interactions in a non-violent way. This can also be useful for those volunteering in or working in social services as it developed in the mental health space out of lived experience of people needing more human connection in order for personal recovery to occur.
