Intentional High is a relaxed, adult (19+) community gathering to explore what it means to use cannabis with intention rather than on autopilot.

We’ll talk about intention-setting, mindful use, and how cannabis can be paired with music, informal meditation, and meaningful conversation to deepen awareness and connection. Think old-school basement sesh energy, but with some groovy guides holding the container.

This isn’t about getting as high as possible — it’s about slowing down, tuning in, and experiencing cannabis in a thoughtful, grounded way, together.

To ensure everyone's enjoyment and safety, it's essential for all cannabis used for the occasion to be purchased from Kingston Cannabis Inc. Participants will be able to purchase their own products or share products pre-purchased by a faciliator. As part of Kingston Cannabis Inc research, a small questionnaire must also be filled out.
Cannabis consumed at this event must be limited to what you would 'normaly' use and you must consent to both confidentiality and risks associated with cannabis use.
