Intentional Beginnings: A MySoulSpace Sound Bath

Start the new year with clarity and calm. This immersive sound bath is designed to help you release what no longer serves you and intentionally step into the energy you wish to cultivate in 2026. Through soothing tones, harmonic vibrations, and guided intention-setting, you’ll experience a profound sense of alignment, grounding, and renewal.

What to Expect:

• A gentle, guided meditation to center and ground your energy
• Deeply resonant sounds and vibrations from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and other instruments
• A safe, supportive space to release, reflect, and set intentions for the year ahead
• Time to rest, absorb the sound, and leave feeling renewed and inspired

Location: We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering. (Please note there is no elevator in the building.)

Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 6:30 PM

What to Bring: Some light comfort is provided, but please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported and comfortable— yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, water, etc.
