Start the new year off intentionally by sharing this space and time to create your vision for 2025. Allow yourself to be led through movements, meditations, and purposeful thought designed to aid you in uncovering your truest desires. We will discuss how to bring these visions into reality and by the end of this workshop, not only will you have a vision board to take home with you, you will also have clarity on your next steps to achieve them.
This workshop will be led by HealTree team members - Sydney and Catrina. Sydney is a health, life, and grief coach and is currently pursuing a master's degree in social work. She is passionate about helping people connect to their most authentic selves and designing a holistic, sustainable lifestyle accordingly. Catrina is the CEO and founder of HealTree and a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health. She brings an eclectic, holistic approach to counseling and has experience with various alternative healing modalities including mindfulness-based practices, meditation, and yoga.
$55 per person investment includes a journal, an 8 x 10 canvas, magazine images, and craft embellishments.
