Intensive Wheel Mini Class - 4 Days

4 Dates in 6 Weeks / Sundays 11:30 - 2 PM:

• 26.01. : Throwing
• 02.02. : Throwing
• 09.02. : Trimming & Attaching
  (2 week pause for drying and firing)
• 02.03. : Glazing

About this class:

This class is for beginners who are interested in learning pottery and for Try The Wheel students who want to continue learning. In this 4 session class over a period of 6 weeks, you will learn and practice throwing on the wheel, trim your pieces and after a 2 weeks break for bisque firing, you will come back to glaze your pieces.

You will be learning all the steps from start to finish:

• wedging the clay
• centering on the wheel
• throwing on the wheel (min. 2 sessions)
• trimming on the wheel
• adding handles and carving (optional)
• glazing

Fees:

The class fee covers all necessary materials and both firings.

Pick up:

Your pieces will be ready in about 5-7 weeks. Once they can be picked up, we will notify you via email and you can come during opening hours. We kindly request that you collect your pieces within two months. If you are unable to do so, feel free to send a friend on your behalf.

Cancelation policy:

• 14 days before class starts: 100% refundable.
• 7 days before class starts: non-refundable. Rescheduling to a different class, if available.
• Less than 7 days before class starts: non-refundable. You can send a friend to replace you.

The minimum class size is 3 students, the maximum is 6.
If a class has less than 3 students, we will contact you to reschedule.
