@Alfonsodoesacro et @Alberto-Betsinlao, deux des professeurs d’icariens les plus talentueux et expérimentés d'Europe, vous ont préparé un week-end incroyable rempli de leurs meilleures astuces et idées d’icariens. Du matériel intermédiaire/avancé (merci de vérifier les prérequis) vous attend, c'est une opportunité exceptionnelle de faire passer votre pratique des icariens au niveau supérieur.
🔥 Programme
− Petit rappel des bases : nettoyer vos tempos/lancers droits et découvrir de nouvelles variantes pour obtenir une hauteur et une précision maximales. Défier les icariens sera beaucoup plus facile ensuite
− Linking pops : l'une des pratiques les plus excitantes de l'entraînement des icariens qui nécessite précision et concentration. Apprenez à enchaîner les pops que vous connaissez, pas seulement les plus faciles 😉
− Big Throws : en tant que base, vous utiliserez tout votre corps pour lancer et attraper des pops où le flyer apprendra à tourner dans toutes les directions. Plaisir et adrénaline garantis! Attendez-vous à des figures du niveau de « Cast Away », « Martini » et d'autres variantes comme le « Whale front tuck » par exemple
− Icarian Foot Juggling : l'une des pratiques les plus difficiles, en particulier pour les bases, où vous utilisez principalement la puissance et la capacité de vos jambes. Nous ferons différents exercices qui vous aideront à avoir plus de stabilité et de confiance
- Cartwheel pops : figures dynamiques pour faire la roue jusqu'au trône avec demi-tour/tour complet et variations
− Spotting skills : savoir comment spotter toutes les figures vous donnera une meilleure compréhension de la technique et rendra la pratique complètement sûre pour toutes les personnes impliquées
− Exercices de conditionnement physique et de récupération pour les icariens
Vous apprécierez ce programme complet enveloppé dans un environnement sûr et amusant où les professeurs apporteront leur approche technique, stimulante et utile à cette discipline fascinante
Ils sauront bien sûr comment pimenter encore plus le tout 😉

Afin de tirer le meilleur parti de cette expérience, nous attendons de vous que vous ayez une certaine expérience des icariens et que vous vous sentiez à l'aise dans :
− Tempos/chandelle depuis la planche (bird)
− Tempos/chandelle depuis la chaise américaine
− Pop icarien chaise américaine -> planche
− Pop icarien reverse star -> chaise américaine (Handspring)

Alfonso & Alberto (@alfonsodoesacro & @betsinlao)
Deux des professeurs d'acrobaties les plus reconnus d'Europe. L'équilibre parfait entre technique et humour. Ensemble, ils accumulent des tonnes d'expérience dans le cirque et l'acrobatie, dans les jeux d’icariens et l'acro standing. Alfonso est un base espagnole et Alberto un flyer mexicain (ne vous inquiétez pas si vous vous trompez de noms). Dans leur enseignement, ils créent une combinaison étonnante de langage technique et de sensations physiques qui leur permettent d'aider toutes sortes d'élèves. Vous pouvez les trouver en train d'enseigner et de se produire dans toute l'Europe dans de nombreux ateliers et festivals comme le DAP (Dynamic Acro Program) ou l’Icarian convention. Laissez-vous entrainer par leur énergie de feu et leur enthousiasme pour affronter vos limites dans un environnement safe et fun.

Intermediate/Advanced material (please check the prerequisites) awaits you. This is definitely an exceptional opportunity to bring your icarian practice to the next level.
🔥 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 / 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽?
− Quick review of the basics: cleaning up your tempos/straight throws and discovering new variations will allow you to get your maximum height and accuracy. Challenging Icarians will become much easier afterwards.
− Linking pops: one of the most exciting practices while training icarian that requires precision and focus. Learn how to link the pops you know, not only the easy ones 😉
− Big Throws: as a base you will use your whole body to throw and catch pops where the flyer will learn to rotate in all directions. Fun and adrenaline is guaranteed here. Expect tricks at the level of “Cast Away”, “Martini“. Other variations like"Whale front tuck will be one of our training.
− Icarian Foot Juggling: one of the most challenging practices, especially for bases, where you mostly use the power and ability of your legs. We'll do different drills that will help you to have more stability and confidence.
- Cartwheel pops: dynamic tricks to cartwheel into throne with half/full turn and variations
− Spotting skills: knowing how to spot all the tricks properly will give you a better understanding of the technique and it will make the practice completely safe for everyone involved.
− Physical conditioning and recovery drills for Icarian.
You will enjoy this full program wrapped in a safe and fun environment where the teachers will bring their technical, challenging and helpful approach to this fascinating discipline.

Two of the most recognised acro teachers in Europe. The perfect balance between technique and humor. Together they accumulate tons of experience in circus and acrobatics, in Icarian Games and Standing Acro. Alfonso is a Spanish base and Alberto a Mexican flyer (don't worry if you get messy with the names). In their teaching they create an amazing combination of technical language and physical sensations that allow them to reach and help all kinds of students. You can find them teaching and performing around Europe in numerous workshops and festivals like the Dynamic Acro Program or the Icarian Convention.
