We will flow through an intense pilates class you will feel after.

We meet us at 18:30 pm - the flow begin at 18:45 pm. Including a warm up & some stretching moves about 15 mins, so the intense flow will be around 60 mins.

You will be free to fit your intense level by yourself - therefore i introduce you some varieties to slow your intensity down.

I will guide you all the time on the mat, and i love it if you call my name to help you with the exercises.

• please bring your own mat, towel and drinking bottle
• you can join me also before and follow me on instagram (bee.lates) - for a better impression
• ideally no heavy food 2hours prior to the session

If you are pregnant or you have physical issues please let me know before the class.

Tickets are non-refundable but can gladly be transferred to a friend.
