We all lived at least once through something significant, expanding, life-changing, or challenging, yet impossible to express through words and concepts. With time and daily routines, the memory faded, leaving nothing but to search for another experience. But what if… What if you could harvest the depth of the experience to introduce change in your life?
We believe that a vital integration bridge exists between the experience and the rational understanding of the experience. This bridge helps connect the unconsciousness of experience with the conscious mind.
Before the written word, philosophy, or science, the arts existed for thousands of years to storytell and make sense of life’s experiences. Our children learn through play, drawing, singing and dancing.
These so-called expressive arts engage all our senses helping us embody significant events to achieve physical, psychological, and social balance.
The arts help us materialise the creative emergence of new experiences into a language.
The integration process thrives in the heartful community of people seeking to integrate and make experiences meaningful. We invite you to the Integration Atelier Circle, an introduction to embodying your experiences with expressive arts in an experimental, creative, and communal way. In these taster circles, we use body-centred practices and explore neurographic art designed to help individuals express emotions and explore their subconscious.
We invite you to visit our website, www.integrationatelier.com, for details on the full version of these taster circles.

PRESENTERS:
Dr Kasia Kopanska is interested in embodied expansion, nature’s transformational cycles grounded in the body’s intelligence. At her core, she is a nurturing and compassionate hearthkeeper who is simultaneously curious and excited about the dark, unseen, and unconscious. Kasia’s deep appreciation for beauty, inclusivity, and balance profoundly influences her guiding style, which weaves experiential, scientific, and mystical elements into individual and group processes to create an integrated and authentic whole.
Kasia is a biologist, somatic educator, psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT) facilitator, and sexological bodyworker. She has extensive experience with various tools and methodologies, including altered states of consciousness, bodywork, touch, breathwork, sound, dance, parts work, ritual, and expressive arts. She completed PhD in cell biology (University of Cambridge) and has worked in international scientific institutions for over twenty years.
Kasia studies femtheogenic consciousness, feminine mystical traditions, and oracular arts. She comes from the legendary witchland Swietokrzyskie Mountains in Poland and is still searching for her missing motherhouse broomstick.
Marco Stalder is passionate about bridging technical precision with empathetic connection to foster self-discovery. His sensitivity, patience, curiosity, and grounding presence, balanced by an analytical mindset, create mindful and compassionate learning spaces. He accompanies others on their path toward personal growth and transformation with humour, understanding, and a profound belief in human potential.
Marco is deeply attuned to the details that matter, with his skills in analysing, simplifying, and communicating complex concepts and patterns with clarity. He trains in somatic coaching, non-violent communication, and meditation to learn how to guide individuals in uncovering strengths, achieving inner balance, and integrating meaningful experiences. On the technical side, he has extensive experience as a Software Engineer with a foundation in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich.
Marco is committed to sustainability, which he sees as a pathway to creating a harmonious balance between humanity and nature and the long-term well-being of our planet. He cultivates mindful consumption and explores solutions for efficiently using resources.
