Three Days • Four Experts • Lasting Transformation
This immersive workshop is designed to reset and restore the nervous systems of both horse and rider, creating space for deeper connection and clearer communication.
Our work together helps:
~ Reduce pain, tension, and resistance
~ Strengthen trust and mutual respect
~ Build courage, confidence, and horse/rider readiness no matter your discipline
Workshop experience includes:
~ Individual bodywork sessions for you and your horse.
~ Somatic regulation and energy awareness practices.
~ Embodied awareness coaching with ground and ridden work to support balanced mental, emotional, and physical communication.
~ Guided morning Yoga and Qui Gong practices.
~ Partnering with another horse and human duo as you move through the respective sessions holding space for one another in your experience.
~ Dinner Friday night; breakfast treats and drinks daily; lunches daily.
~ Time for journaling and closing discussion at the end of each day.
