Qigong: ancient Chinese energy healing practices. Gentle, meditative movement, breathwork. Integrated w/ Tai Chi for balance, concentration.
About this Event

Qigong is an ancient Chinese energy healing practice. Translated as "Life Force Cultivation," it involves gentle, meditative movement and breathwork. Qigong promotes overall wellness, boosts immune functioning, and engenders a sense of well being and wholeness. Tai Chi as a martial art is based on the same ancient principles as Qigong. In our practice, we integrate meditative Tai Chi moves to improve balance and concentration.
