InsurePride is partnering with CHU Underwriting to unpack the latest insights from the 2026 AWEI Employee Survey, delivered by Pride in Diversity.

This session will explore:

• what’s shifting nationally in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion
• where gaps still exist between LGBTQ+ and non-LGBTQ+ employee experiences
• and what it means specifically for the insurance industry

The data tells an important story. While inclusion is widely valued — with over 80% of employees agreeing organisations should be active in LGBTQ+ inclusion, there are still meaningful differences in workplace experience, wellbeing and belonging between cohorts.

This is an opportunity to move beyond intent and into understanding.
