Born and raised in Hickory, NC, Carmen’s journey from a young single mother to a licensed attorney in North and South Carolina is nothing short of inspiring. With over a decade of experience as a paralegal before earning her law degree, she has dedicated her career to family law, criminal law, and advocacy for those in need. Her personal experiences with the legal system—both as a child and an adult—have shaped her commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
