The Inspiring Managers Skills Bootcamp is an, ILM-accredited programme designed to help your team leaders and junior managers grow into confident, capable leaders. Whether they’ve recently been promoted or are ready to take the next step, this course equips them with the tools to lead effectively, manage teams, and contribute to your organisation’s success.


This Inspiring Managers Skills Bootcamp is a 5-week leadership and management training programme.

Costs and Funding:

This Skills Bootcamp is valued at £3,400 per person and can be fully funded for unemployed participants seeking work (subject to meeting eligibility criteria).

For participants employed in a small/medium enterprise (50-249 staff) there is a mandatory £340 employer contribution (10% - subject to eligibility criteria).

For participants employed in a Large employer setting (+250 staff) there is a mandatory £1020 contribution (30% - subject to eligibility criteria)
