CBL Kev is a Brooklyn-based spoken word artist, teaching artist, and founder of Consistently Building Lanes (CBL), a creative wellness brand that uses poetry, storytelling, and education to inspire growth, resilience, and self-discovery.
Known for blending powerful narratives with thought-provoking performances, his work explores identity, mental health, purpose, and the human experience. Whether performing on stage or leading workshops, CBL Kev challenges audiences to look inward, embrace their journey, and Tap Into Their Unknown.
He is also the author of the upcoming book, Scattered Thoughts Beyond the Surface coming soon a collection that invites readers to reflect on life’s complexities through storytelling and spoken word.
