Bios:
Marta Blanco is a NYC singer who has appeared at Cafe Wha and Groove. She is a former stand-up comedian who performed at venues such as the Grisly Pear and Greenwich Village Comedy Club.
Jason Goldstein is a freelance guitarist and bassist who plays in many genres, including jazz, rock, world music, and avant-garde music. Some career highlights include performing with an American Idol contestant, appearing at the Make Music New York Festival and Make Music Winter NYC Festival, performing at Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall, Central Park SummerStage, The Greene Space, The 55 Bar, and Brooklyn Bowl, and performing on television and radio, including WFMU’s Transpacific Sound Paradise. He has also performed a Philip Glass composition for the composer with Tilted Axes and recorded on Strings for Elijah (for Elijah McClain) by the Cornelius Eady Trio featuring Jenny Olivia Johnson. Jason was recently one of dozens of guitarists who performed Symphony No. 13 (Hallucination City) for 100 Guitars by Glenn Branca at Lincoln Center’s David Geffen Hall.
