Bio:
Maz Rambam is an indie pop/folktronica musician blending math rock, emo, and chamber pop influences hailing from Philadelphia and now based in Brooklyn. Joined by an exhilarating live band of saxophone, violin, bass, and drums, they incorporate puppets, costumes, props, and other experiential elements into their concerts. Beautifully catchy melodies combine with rich maximalist compositions and a compulsive performance style to create a truly unique assortment of songs. Inspired by artists such as Kimya Dawson, The Microphones, Car Seat Headrest, and Of Montreal, Maz's lyrics often offer a gateway into intensely honest moments of introspection, struggle, and perseverance.
