This will be a special Ceremonial Service!We will open with the power of drumming and singing as we create a sacred space together.
Intentional Creativity Guide Kristin Aardema Faigh will then guide you through the process of creating a visual artifact that will reflect the healing work you'll engage in.
No prior artistic experience is necessary! This teaching is designed to help you tap into your creativity and connect with the healing energies of the Universe.
0: Choose to be on the journey—Preparation and Consent. “I get to choose.”
The Layers include freedom of movement, listening, and expression:
1: Believing that healing is possible. “I design my mind.”
2: Connecting & Surrendering to Self. Empowerment of voice and choice. “I claim community.”
3: Discerning—Inner wisdom guides. Let Self choose your healing support. “Choosing your ‘team’.”
4: Aligning: Creating Resonance. Explore root causes of trauma in need of healing. “Turning toward trauma’s impacts.
5: Committing: Choosing directions. Write a prescription for yourself. “Prioritize yourself: nutritional density.”
6: Comforting: Honoring the Journey. Treat your fears and resistance. “Refuse to be defined by illness.”
7: Claiming: This is my time! Path of practice for identity. Peer support. “Claim your authentic identity.”

The number one thing to know about intentional creativity is that there is NO TALENT REQUIRED. This experience is all about expressing yourself intuitively in writing and painting. Kristin will demonstrate each layer and suggest technique, yet how you express and create is completely up to you!
