We are proud to introduce our speakers for Inspire Summit 2026, leaders whose work reflects this year’s theme: Finding Your Voice.
Nomndeni Sethole Mdakhi, @nomndeni ,Founder and CEO of Agenda Women, leads the conversation. Through her work across entrepreneurship, branding, and community building, Nomndeni has created platforms that empower women to own their stories, occupy space with purpose, and lead boldly. Her journey is proof that growth begins the moment you stop shrinking and start speaking with intention.
Joining her with a power-packed worshop is Pamela Chinhoyi, @pam_chins , a leadership and transformation strategist. Pamela is the founder of The Finishing School, a program that equips individuals and teams with the tools to discover themselves.
