Inspiration as Strategy: rest, reflect, and remember why you started
About this Event
Inspiration as Strategy
Two hours to quiet your body so you can hear yourself think.
You started this business because of something that lit you up. Then came the invoicing, the 9pm emails, and the client who needs a thing by Thursday even though you're out of office. The original inspiration is still there. It's just been a while since you had the room to hear it.
You know you need space to think bigger than your to-do list. But there's no time to sit down. And when there is, you're so focused on what has to get done that you can't think about what you really want to build. Let alone feel inspired, aligned and alive about it.
And that's because good strategy comes from inspiration. Everything after that is logistics.
So think of this as a spa day for your business.
Two hours to put the operations down, let your nervous system come down with them, and do the kind of visioning that gets your business back in line with the reason you started it. Maybe what surfaces is a new offering. A new way to serve the people you already serve. A new way to talk about the work. Maybe it's just clarity on what actually deserves your attention next, which is its own kind of relief.
The afternoon
- Opening. You arrive, notice what's present, and set an intention for the time. A moment to land before anything begins.
- Sound bath and Reiki. You lie back and receive. The sound and the energy work together to settle you all the way down, in a way that's hard to pull off on your own.
- Guided reflection. From that settled place, a set of questions to sit with and journal on. What's alive in the business right now. What you're being pulled toward. What's in the way. What you'd build if the to-do list weren't running the show.
- Closing. You leave with a short written practice built from what came up for you, so it doesn't evaporate on the drive home.
