’✨This time we extend our previous topic about harmonious relationships towards relatives and our connection to them.
’✨It is of the biggest challenges in our life to apply clear and healthy boundaries with our relatives. Be it our blood relatives or the extended family that comes with our loved ones, they often have good intentions with their actions towards us. But while sometimes we might be grateful for their support, they can also violate our personal space, drain our energy or communicate with us in a hurtful way.
🔥 If such experiences sound familiar, this event is for you. 🔥
🌸What is the simple truth about harmonizing relationships with difficult family members? Why does it sometimes seem so hard to achieve it? What does it take to get there? How can I get one step closer to peaceful coexistence? How can I be respectful and appreciative towards them while feeling good about myself? 🌸
In this workshop we will share insights and attempt to answer these questions by:
💖 Clarifying the concept of personal space, boundaries and expectations and how to communicate them
💖 Share personal challenges and successful problem solving
💖 Distinguish expectations and attachments from healthy dynamics
💖 Discussing the role of good intentions of others towards us
💖 Determining how to say yes to the right things, no to the wrong things and how to stop making excuses for others
