Insight Writing® Workshop

Led by Cynthia R. Berg and co-hosted by The Coven NE, Insight Writing is a guided writing practice designed for people who don't consider themselves writers. Using poetry, prompts, and TellMe Insight Cards™, we'll spend 60 minutes turning attention inward — exploring what wants to be named without pressure or perfection.

This is not a writing class. There's nothing to get right. It's a slow, creative practice for reflection and reinvention — a chance to sit with your own language and see what surfaces. What you write may be the seeds of a poem or essay, or it may just be the expression of something you've been carrying. Either way, the process is cathartic and often healing.

Bring notebook and pen. That's all you need.
