Amendment 5 – Amendment 5, on the August 4 ballot, asks voters whether Missouri should require lawmakers to phase out the individual income tax based on revenue growth while empowering lawmakers to modernize the sales tax during the process. Data Centers – Data center proposals are emerging across Missouri.
