✨ InsideMyself is a foundational seminar in Leo Methodology that examines the entirety of a person’s life. The seminar provides a clear understanding of the mental mechanisms - the mind, its thought and behavioral patterns and their role in shaping one’s life. Participants experience moments of profound SHIFT, transitioning from a default reactive state to a resourceful and creative one. By the end of the seminar, they are equipped with practical tools to integrate into their daily routines, enabling them to create a more fulfilling life.
The seminar spans 5 consecutive days and involves individual work within a dynamic group setting, leveraging the power of collective intelligence. Activities vary, with some conducted as a full group, others in pairs and additional exercises in small groups, all guided by a Leo Coach.
💡 Throughout the seminar, participants uncover the unconscious mechanisms driving their mental processes and behavioral patterns, recognizing the costs and pains of allowing these mechanisms to dominate. Building on this awareness, they experience the transformation lever: the state where joy and creativity emerge. In the second part of the seminar, participants explore what they truly want to create in their professional lives, relationships, and other areas.
The seminar will be conducted in English with consecutive translation into Georgian.

InsideMyself არის “ლეო ინსტიტუტის” საბაზისო სემინარი, რომელიც ადამიანის ცხოვრების ყველა ასპექტს მოიცავს. სემინარი მონაწილეებს საშუალებას აძლევს შეისწავლონ და დააკვირდნენ საკუთარ გონებრივ მექანიზმს - როგორ ახდენს გავლენას ჩვენს ცხოვრებაზე გონება, ფიქრები, ქცევითი “პატერნები.” სემინარის განმავლობაში მონაწილეები განიცდიან SHIFT-ის მომენტებს, რაც გულისხმობს ავტომატური რეაქტიული მდგომარეობიდან რესურსულ-კრეატიულ მდგომარეობაში გადასვლას. სემინარის განმავლობაში მონაწილეები აპრაქტიკებენ და ეუფლებიან იმ ტექნიკებს, რაც მათ საშუალებას მისცემს გამოცადონ იგივე რესურსული მდგომარეობა ყოველდღიურ ცხოვრებაში.
სემინარი მიმდინარეობს 5 დღის განმავლობაში. მოიცავს ინდივიდუალურ სამუშაოს ჯგუფურ გარემოში. ნაწილი აქტივობების ხორციელდება დიდ ჯგუფში, ნაწილი კი მცირე ჯგუფებში, რომელსაც ხელმძღვანელობს LEO ქოუჩი.
სემინარზე ჩვენი არაცნობიერი მექანიზმის შესწავლის და იმ საზღაურების გააზრების შემდეგ, რასაც ჩვენი ავტომატური ქცევითი “პატერნები” იწვევს, ვიწყებთ ტრანსფორმაციას იმ მდგომარეობისკენ, სადაც სილაღე და შემოქმედებაა.
