Inside The Coliseum: The Story of Redesign

A one-hour tour of the restored Historic Coliseum Building. Discover the stories behind its past, its restoration, and its future.
About this Event

Step inside the beautifully restored Historic Coliseum Building for a one-hour guided tour and discover the story behind this remarkable place and the people, partnerships, and community vision that brought it back.

You'll hear how the Coliseum survived the unrest of 2020, why Redesign chose to take on a building that had been declared a total loss, and how the project became an opportunity to rethink who gets to own and shape the places where we live and work.

Along the way, you'll get an inside look at Redesign's broader work.

This isn't just a tour of an old building.

It's a look at what it takes to invest in a neighborhood for the long term, and why that work matters.

The tour will involve walking and stairs. Please let us know if you have accessibility questions or accommodation needs.
