Inside Out Well-being Awards 2024

After hosting the “UK's first awards ceremony for mental health advocates from ethnically minoritised backgrounds” in 2022, we're thrilled to be back this year with another exciting event!

Today, people from ethnically minoritised backgrounds face higher rates of serious mental health issues and limited access to mainstream support. In response, many individuals and groups have created innovative ways to raise awareness and promote well-being in their communities through workshops, services, campaigns, podcasts, music, and art. Inside Out Well-being recognises and celebrates this vital work.

Join us on 10th October 2024, for the Inside Out Well-being Awards, where we'll honour these incredible mental health advocates and their significant contributions to underserved communities.
