We are thrilled to welcome international yoga teacher, dancer, and coach Rebecca Rasmussen to Sweet Lotus to lead a masterclass in the gorgeous, flowing, music-driven yoga style called Inside Flow.
Have you heard of Inside Flow? Maybe you’re not familiar with the name, but you’ve likely seen the videos on Instagram of students moving in unison through flowing, choreographed yoga sequences that make everyone in the room look dreamy and blissful.
Breath, movement, and music unite as one with Inside Flow. Moving from one posture to another, Inside Flow focuses on the movement between the postures, uniting the breath, rhythm, and movement. Inside Flow is not just a fluid Vinyasa yoga practice, but a journey to the beating heart that lives inside of you. Step into your authentic power through this invigorating and empowering practice.
Our masterclass will include a choreographed sequence that flows to a specific piece of music. Rebecca, will break the sequence down into smaller segments for us to master in order for us to fully marry the movement with the music. To truly feel in sync, a common intention will be set, the volume of the music will go up and we will move as one, carried by Inside Flow.
