Based on research done after the completion of Lost Breweries of Toronto, join historian Jordan St.John as he examines one of the pivotal moments in Toronto's brewing trade and highlights the pressures that breweries have faced for the last hundred and fifty years in our fair city. It's got everything! Wage stagnation! Housing costs! Regional Competition! Fistfights with Constables! Labour's Nuclear Option! All on the eve of Prohibition which, if we're being honest, no one really took all that seriously.

100% of PWYC Donations for this event will contribute to our B4E Fund.
